Due to all of our products are configure-to-order to your specifications, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the product meets conditions described in Exceptions to No Return, No Exchange Policy.

Exceptions to No Return, No Exchange Policy

We will consider issuing a refund or exchange if the product you ordered is in OBF (Out of Box Failure) conditions meaning that the product does not function immediately after you take it out of the box. Prior to reporting OBFs, first, please be sure fresh batteries are used and all manuals are reviewed thoroughly. Secondly, please call our Technical Support at 1(888)623-3262 or send an email to technical.support@solablok.com to discuss about the issue you are facing. We will try to diagnose remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with a return authorization to have the product returned to us.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time by replying to the Order Summary email we send immediately after your order has been received. Your cancelation must occur prior to your order status changes to PROCESSING. Processing status indicates that materials are being processed. We will notify you by emails when your order status changes. Cancellations of Processing orders are not accepted.

Refunds(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment between 5-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.service@solablok.com


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4102 Roberts Crest Drive, Suwanee, GA, 30024, United States. The product should be repacked in the original packaging to ensure no further damage is done to the product.

You will be provided with return instructions and prepaid shipping label. All you need to do is to drop off your package at either UPS or FedEx depending upon the type of shipping label you received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
